Standard 12-Week Plan
Our Standard 12-Week Plan gives you our best weekly rates while you settle into your new home. After completing your 12 weeks, you'll automatically switch to a week-to-week arrangement, giving you more flexibility as you continue your stay. While there's a two-week dues charge if you need to move out early (to the card you have on file), remember you can always transfer to another PadSplit home at no penalty.
Premium Flexibility Upgrade
Looking for immediate flexibility? Our Premium Flexibility Upgrade might be perfect for you. Our platform-wide minimum commitment is always 12 weeks, however you can pay a one-time penalty of $175 ahead of time to move out early. This option is ideal if you’re unsure about your future plans or simply prefer maximum freedom in your living arrangements.
